In March, 2006, Innova’s management team began fulfilling requests for professional employment services to area offices, industrial manufacturers, and medical facilities throughout the Southern Tier of New York State.
Innova’s management team consists of three business owners with experience in Human Resources, Computer Networking & Repair, and Small Business Marketing. All three owners have successful small businesses of their own in Hornell, NY. Lynda Koehler, President & CEO, has 16+ years experience in the staffing industry, and has worked with many of the employers in Steuben and Allegany Counties.
Innova’s affordable staffing assistance consistently interviews applicants, preparing them to fill temporary staffing assignments or job opportunities within a variety of business settings.
